1. Stuffed peppers.

Stuffed with ground venison, cooked brown rice and a jar of hot salsa. It's probably better than it sounds.

2. Sounds good to me.

We don't see a lot of game in this area (and I'm not a hunter) so I generally make it with dead cow, rather than dead deer. We also use orzo, rather than rice, because one of our dogs is allergic to rice, so we don't tend to keep rice around.

I doubt we'll be doing anything that good for dinner tonight. I think the housemate is thawing chicken breasts, so we'll likely just end up cleaning and fileting those, and baking them in some sort of coating, maybe a catalina dressing with breadcrumbs. I notice she added a couple of scoops of green beans to the cart as well, so likely those as a side, once I de-string them.

5. Leftovers

I've got some leftover shrimp creole, green salad from yesterday, and whatever else is in the back of the fridge. I've got some leftover tri-tip too, but I'll save that for tomorrow's lunch.

This will be a salad made with turkey breast. It's called "Turkey, Mango, and Chipotle-Dressed Greens on Naan."

I have lots of delicious mangos and I love chipotle, so I think I'm going to like this a lot!
