(14,733 posts)The guy I've been working with a lot in the phlebotomy class is bribing me to show up a couple of hours early to help him study for the final today by buying me dinner, even though I told him I'd help him without the food, heh. Nice to be done with another course, even if I'll have to pop back in a couple of weeks to take the reciprocity exam to be able to do phlebotomy in other states.

(146,218 posts)Haven't really done an inventory in the place I'm staying this week. Probably just some leftover grillades and grits and a bottle of wine, lol.
I am still really, really tired and now housesitting 3 very rambunctious dogs.

(35,675 posts)Made into tomato sauce. I grilled some turkey and also some pork chorizo sausages and put them in toward the end of simmering the sauce. Served over pasta.

Diced celery
Diced dill, oregano and thyme
Shredded cabbage
Swiss cheese
Rye bread
Planning to toast the rye, layer the rest on top and run it under the broiler to finish.
Cubed pineapple and watermelon w/ mint on the side.

I think it may be better cold tomorrow.
