Fall Confetti Pasta

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
4-5 ounces ham, diced
2 yellow squash, chopped
2 c purple cabbage
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves, minced
bunch of baby spinach
parmesan cheese
black pepper
1/2 pound spaghetti

Directions
Saute ham in a bit of olive oil. Then add onions and garlic and cook until translucent. Add cabbage and squash and cook until soft. Meanwhile cook the pasta until al dente. Drain, combine with vegetables, fold in spinach. You can add a bit of chicken broth if it seems too dry. Serve with black pepper and cheese.
