it'll be a late night at work and the larder is pretty bare, so it's likely to be something exciting like grilled cheese or perhaps a bowl of cereal.

I have some beautiful meatballs that the RG made. I will use shirataki noodles for the spaghetti, which I will first toss in olive oil and garlic. Tofu noodles have no flavor unless doing this first.

Tossed green salad.

Some kind of salad on the side. I'm think cherry tomatoes and arugula.

Too hot to cook.

What kind of comfort food are you going to have?

Noticed buried in the freezer last night, but forgot to put it in the fridge this morning, before work. I think it's a thin rib-eye.

I'm still on the mountain at work, so looks like it'll be a late supper. Not sure what else, since tomorrow is grocery day for me. Anyway, while the steak is thawing, I'll have a beer or two and decide what else to make.

While I love breakfast food, I'm not much of a morning eater. This is my solution, breakfast for dinner!
