(35,687 posts)I have some beautiful meatballs that the RG made. I will use shirataki noodles for the spaghetti, which I will first toss in olive oil and garlic. Tofu noodles have no flavor unless doing this first.
Tossed green salad.

(2,016 posts)Noticed buried in the freezer last night, but forgot to put it in the fridge this morning, before work. I think it's a thin rib-eye.
I'm still on the mountain at work, so looks like it'll be a late supper. Not sure what else, since tomorrow is grocery day for me. Anyway, while the steak is thawing, I'll have a beer or two and decide what else to make.
