Which I've always found kinda bland, since the housemate doesn't like spice, so I've taken to dusting mine with a seasoning mix our butcher sells as a rub to kick it up a bit.

Went into the Immigration office today after receiving a letter that was very unclear (at least to me) whether I was in trouble or whether i had been approved.

Approved!

Fingerprinted, which is the last step. Should have my care in about 1 week.

Could not be happier.

So it's out to eat for me tonight.

I use Trader Joe's pizza dough in a big pie dish. Drain a 14.5-ounce can of chopped tomatoes, to which I add oregano. Top that with sausage, then mozzarella. Bake at 350 until it's done, usually about 1/2 hour.

Hope that works.

It's been a while since I did it in a cast iron pan. I seem to remember that my old roommate put the mozz on the bottom, followed by everything else. Does it matter?

And the triplets' father (who is a chef) uses the TJ dough at home.

Cleaning out the fridge of anything still edible in Tupperware. I'm running out of containers!

So, looks like a beef taco, a chicken taco, and a veggie taco. That should clear out 3 containers, anyway.
