so, I'll pretend it's Sunday! The only thing I don't like is the raw looking yolk. I want look more cooked, maybe put some cheese right on the yolk. I'll let you know.

they turned out great. I garnished with whole roasted cherry tomatoes and sprinkled some fresh time on top. Add some buttered toast (one day we made waffles) and strong hot coffee and it is a wonderful breakfast.
