(35,685 posts)Not really up for cooking tonight, so I decided to get a couple ready-made pizzas. I found some that weren't too high in sodium, surprisingly. One is pepperoni pesto and the other is four-cheese pizza with blue cheese, mozzarella, edam, and emmentaler.
I already have a salad made, so a little of that for the side.
Tonight I am having dessert--gelato with chocolate chips.

(9,833 posts)based on one that Martha Stewart has on her website, but I had to really tinker with it to get it like I wanted it to taste. It still needs a bit of work. Bet it will taste better tomorrow.

(24,146 posts)broke down and ordered a pie from one of the "real" pizza places in town. i don't order from them often because they're a bit pricier, but they had a great special, so i got a white pie with artichoke hearts and sundried tomato and an order of zeppole.
the last two weeks have been a disaster and i didn't even make plans to cook this weekend. we're supposed to hit mid-70s tomorrow, so maybe i'll do dinner on the grill at dad's.
