p.s. I'm adding this to the menu:
Chicken Drumsticks with Asian Barbecue Sauce.
The Whole Foods is on my way home from class, and I couldn't resist the special: drumsticks for $1.99/lb!

(2,016 posts)I made the tzatziki sauce last night, so that it would have time for the flavors to meld. This morning I sliced some shoulder chops up thin, and put it in a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano. I'll throw it under the broiler to cook.
With pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes and red onion. Yum!
