Interesting salad recipe from Nancy Fuller...

she's the lady on a show called Farmhouse Rules. She made a salad with fingerling potatoes and roasted garlic that sounded pretty good for a twist.

sliced thin and served the salad on the side. That way she didn't need an extra side dish: the potatoes were in the salad. Mmm....
