I'll skip the rice and beans tonight, though.
Yesterday's rabbit came out very well, but I forgot how "stringy" rabbit meat can be. Major flossing was needed. My 2nd time in 45 years for trying rabbit. Not disappointed at all. The backyard bunnies are no where to be found today - can't say I blame them.
