is it like the article I read last week where 40% of salmon labeled as wild is not?
If it is wild, why would it be processed when it could go to restaurants that would charge $40 a plate?

I suspect there are still differences in "quality" or condition in wild-caught fish so the ones in less perfect condition or perhaps the trimmings of good quality fish could be what is getting canned.

It's still wild caught, not "Atlantic" or "farmed" in the can. I was concerned about fraudulent claims on the label.
