What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 30, 2015

It's about time to start the Hoppin' John so I have it for New Year's Eve.

Here's the recipe I'm using. I think I may have to go out for chorizos, though.

Yummmm; so looking forward to this.

Probably going to make it a simple one. Ham, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and provolone cheese.
