It looks so yummy it could be in a cookbook.

Tonight's appetizer is sorta homemade guacamole. I got a bag of six fairly big avocados for $1.50 so I picked up some pico, limes and cilantro. It's been in the fridge a couple of hours so I hope it melded by now.

Main course is chicken Caesar salad with, again, doctored up Caesar dresssing. I like to add extra Dijon and anchovy paste with some good EVOO.

Hubby came running up from our dock a bit ago. We've lived here nearly a year and he finally caught a fish today! A 16 pound blue catfish and a neighbor with all the right "fish stuff" helped him clean it. Broiled salmon was on the menu but I think that may have changed to fried blue catfish fillets
