I picked up some spinach spaghetti noodles last week, on sale. I boiled some, then put in a bowl with butter, chopped fresh basil, garlic powder, grated mozzarella and parmesan, and sliced black olives. Put in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Fabulous. I've made it again twice since then and think I'll make more tomorrow. It's quite addicting.
