Wild Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
5 or 6 cups wild mushrooms, de-stemmed and coarsely chopped
1 onion chopped
1 can evaporated milk
black pepper to taste
3/4 pound spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese

Directions
Saute the onions in a bit of olive oil and a pat of butter for about 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and cook until their reduced, about 15 minutes. Add the milk, season with black pepper and cook fort about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Then fold in the spaghetti, heat through and serve immediately with parmesan cheese.

I guess in retrospect, I should have gone with them and learned something. I love mushrooms and the recipe sounds delicious.
