Lentil loaf.
Yes, one of our posters here mentioned making a week or so ago, so I got it in my head to check out recipes. Found what looks to be a pretty good one on a blog.
It has an interesting glaze: a mixture of balsamic, catsup, and maple syrup.
It's about 70 per cent done, so time to finish it and pop it in the oven.
Would like to have a salad to go with it, but unfortunately I'm out of greens. I might be able to cut enough arugula from the garden, though.

(7,473 posts)Onions, Bok Choy, pea pods, broccoli, bean sprouts, celery. All sliced thin.
In my wok, I add a little oil, red pepper flakes and a little garlic flakes.
Add veggies, start with the celery and then add other veggies based on time it takes to cook.
Add at the end, about 1/3 cup water to which I have added about a 3/4 teaspoon of granulated chicken bouillon.
Make sure all is hot, soy sauce if I think it needs a little extra oomph.
Serve over rice.
Once in a blue moon, I might add sliced chicken that I have quickly sauteed and set aside before starting with the veggies.
Mix the whole thing together.
