Cher, I love the cauli crust pizza! I've been making them for a couple of years. I had never made real pizza crust, so I love that I can make these as individuals and put all the stuff my husband hates - mushrooms and anchovies - on mine.
Ohh though, a pizza from my local good joint, Baci, is on my list of musts for when my taste buds recover.

And now I try to go as grain-free as I can, so I make cauliflower crust pizza crusts. They are so delicious--way better than regular wheat crusts.

I'm making mine from frozen cauliflower this time, although I usually make it from fresh. I've done it successfully once before using frozen cauliflower.
