Jen's Jersey Shore Crumb Cake

'I chose this cake because my family would take our annual trip to the Jersey shore each summer. While we were there, we used to go to the same bakery every morning just to buy their crumb cake. So after eating it so much, I was able to duplicate the recipe. This cake is perfect for breakfast, as a snack with coffee, and is great to bring to any large gathering.'
