1. meatloaf stew?

I made a meatloaf last week to use up some ground beef. It's sitting in the fridge. It's so dense that if you stick a fork in it you have to use 2 hands to extract it, like the sword in the stone. The plan is to saw it into chunks and cook it up with hot chilis, onions and tomato and hope for a decent result. We'll see.

I woke up with a hankering for pot roast. All the usual (root) suspects. And some steamed green beans.



ps: Must have been Saturday's "What's for Dinner?" thread that stuck with me...
