Cream Puffs

2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbs confectioners sugar
1 cup water
4 oz. butter (1 stick)
1 cup flour
1/3 tsp salt
4 lg eggs

that will impress the hell out of friends and family when you start to produce cream puffs, eclairs, and fancy towers of them with sticky syrup gluing them together. Cleanup is a pain unless you have a nonstick saucepan for it.
