What's for Dinner, Thurs., Nov. 3, 2016

Crab cakes! With wasabi-cream sauce. Oh, yum, yum, yum. I am so excited about them. I didn’t make them; bought them at the supermarket, but they are very good.

Cucumber salad with red onion, dill, and Salvadoran crema.

Now, for dessert, I also picked up some gelato, so hazelnut caffe gelato.

I had a lovely late lunch with my sister, who I hadn't seen in 3 years. We now live 30 minutes apart, and work 45 minutes apart. One of the joys of our move! Anyway, we ate at a marina restaurant high on a hill overlooking Lake Cumberland. A wonderful fresh fish sandwich and delicious homemade onion rings. Good company, good food, good life
