I've been low-carbing for years and I don't eat anything with gluten and no corn either. You have a whole world of meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and more in front of you. In fact, you have more than me, because I don't eat sugar. Plus, I just read that you can make "whipped cream" out of coconut milk. Trust me, there is life beyond gluten!

(9,828 posts)milk are good, too. Coconut milk ice cream is awesome. I haven't tried any of the soy cheese products.
There are lots of breads/crackers/cereals available now that are fairly good. Udi products are available at most grocery stores. http://udisglutenfree.com/
