Recipes Supreme

'Good morning. There is no one in our ambit who can trim citrus better than David Tanis. Reporters here on Cooking watch that guy run a knife around an orange the way the PGA gallery watches Jason Day putt. He’s got this little serrated paring knife and, well, just look at what he does with it in this new recipe for Sicilian citrus salad that could very well be your dinner this evening.

I LOVE Cara Cara oranges; bought a few this week. Not sure about onions, but I do need more fruit in my daily 'feed,' so hope I do it.
