We had a late lunch of nachos, so I don't know what is planned for later. Will post back when I do.

(10,820 posts)Old Italian fish dish. Chunks of tomato, celery, onion and garlic in broth with grilled swordfish, shrimp, scallops, mussels and lump crab! Grilled garlic baguette. Nice tempranillo wine!
Bon Appetit!

(9,895 posts)Please?!?!?!? The garlic baguette is kind of hard to top though...
*My dad used to create his version of this classic back in the days when my parents would feed us kids mac 'n cheese and tuna fish during Lent...by the time I was 12, I wanted the stuff he and mom had!

(32,980 posts)I found an online Moroccan recipe list, I'm working on a few. Moroccan Beef Stew is in the crock pot for tomorrow. I have fallen for a spice called Berber, spicy, sweet, and mildly hot.

(2,016 posts)I'm still on campus, awaiting my buddy to finish up his workday. Had an interview with some other folks here, we'll see how it plays out later. (I do not/will not work for/with friends or family.)
I was thinking grilled salmon, couscous, and some grilled veggie. But, our paths haven't crossed much all day to discuss dinner plans.
ps: Walking on a college campus today made me feel...old. Has it been that long??

(2,016 posts)Blackened salmon, roasted garlic couscous, and a romaine salad with shredded parm and balsamic dressing.
(I was going to make a Caesar dressing, but couldn't find a single anchovy in my buddy's pantry.)
A cup of black bean soup as an appetizer.

(35,684 posts)baby arugula with toasted pine nuts and parmesan. I used oil and vinegar for the dressing and just about fainted after trying this wonderful white balsamic that the RG recently bought. It is so much more delicate than a regular vinegar, like white or cider. Good thing I have lots of baby arugula, 'cuz I could see having another one of these!
Next up are some lamb meatballs with tomato sauce.
Vinny, your cioppino sounded so delicius, esp'ly the crab. Mmmm!
