with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Baked spud with sour cream, chives and bacon. A salad of cukes and tomatoes.

And a glass of red vino.

And of course parm cheese. I made a puff eclair taken recipe from "The chew" show.
Off to do local community theater tonight.
Not too much political stuff for me today. Need a 24hr break !

Having arisen at 4:30 am so I could set up a speaker system at the City Market for a cooking competition, I had some cold lemonade and a long nap as soon as I got home. Now that I'm up, I had a cup of coffee, a small cinnamon doughnut and a cold chicken sandwich.

I see that TJ thawed some steaks while I was out. I presume that we may prepare a meal later if TJ, a night shift worker, gets up on her night off. This is not a given.

If left on my own, I will make a salad and see what leftovers are available. I'm hoping that some of the stewed apples remain uneaten.
