as well as many from other regions. It's been nice to have just the amounts needed instead of buying a larger quantity or making my own.

Ras al hanout is my go-to rub for chicken. You can find it at World Market. Mix in some fresh lemon and a little olive oil and it's just lovely.
I use sumac as a rub for steaks, and baharat for stews. For the za'atar, drizzle some olive oil into the mix, spread on some pita and toss in the oven -- so good!
