Leftovers for me tonight because I'm putting in 8 bushes (hydrangeas, azaleas) yet today!
I think it will be pasta with clams and the rest of my chopped salad from yesterday.

(17,483 posts)I went to a small locally owned (non-upscale) store that still has a butcher. I hadn't been there for around a decade. I was after some items other than meat, but brought home a pound of ground chuck.
I made a mushroom, Swiss burger. I added some lightly sauteed onion, then lettuce and tomato.
Some potato salad on the side.
The meat was good. There was less moisture in the meat, meaning I could get a good initial sear. Much of the produce looked local/regional, but didn't have Farmer's Market/Whole Foods prices. I think I'll be returning to this store in the future.

(2,302 posts)A man at the market showed me this in the frozen fish display, from Boston Chowdah out of Faneuil Hall. I'd never even noticed it before. That was my entire dinner and wowee is it good.
