Sauteed smoked turkey sausage and onions, then added chopped collard greens and simmered it with some beef broth. Add lemon and salt and pepper to taste while serving. Yum. Even the picky eater liked it.

A Portuguese chourico sandwich, leftover mushroom risotto, some sort of a "salad" using whatever I might find in the fridge.

Courtesy of Smitten Kitchen. They were good, but I used less honey than the recipe, and more would have been better. They did come out crispy, crunchy, and most definitely sticky. Served with rice and salad with Asian-style dressing (okay, Makoto).

I checked my sticky-wing recipe against Smitten Kitchen's. The only difference was that mine had oyster sauce also, everything else is the same.

Darn, I love sticky wings!! And yeah, don't be shy on the honey.

I have to check out oyster sauce now. I really want to make this again soon, but my daughter is visiting for three weeks and she's a semi-pescatarian (just recently added back some fish to her vegetarian diet)...unless one night she cooks something separate from us. I'm thinking that sauce coiuld be great on shrimp too!
