With braised bone-in pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, crispy fried okra, and a sliced tomato, with vinegar, herbs, and oil. The temperature went from a record high yesterday (89F) to an amazing 45F this morning, and this hearty meal sounds really good to me today.
