What's for Dinner, Mon., Oct. 23, 2017

I have to work tonight, so not much time to do anything special for dinner.

Still getting lots of tomatoes, so I'm making an heirloom tomato salad with one of my Green Cherokees and some cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic and olive oil. Mozzarella, of course! I spent almost an hour picking tomatoes on Sunday.

Meatloaf sandwich with raw onion, mayo, and lettuce. Vinegar and salt potato chips.

Carrots pulled from my neighbor's garden, potato chunks, broccoli, celery, yellow onion, and my last red Rutgers tomato. Coated with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, wine vinegar with rosemary, garlic salt, lemon peppr, and sugar. Baked at 455o for an hour. Ummmmmm
