What's for Dinner, Fri., Dec. 1, 2017

Friday night: fish! Been craving it all day. It will be breaded and sauteed. Flounder.

As is typical with a Friday night fish fry, we're having cole slaw made with Napa cabbage and cottage fries.

Dessert: custard flan.

It's so good I don't mind eating it several times this week. I don't want to have to toss any of it.

This was made with the turkey dark meat and double the shrimp.

There is some chocolate ice cream I have my eye on for later.

I cut grape tomatoes in half, quick trip under the broiler, cubed turkey ham and added all that to made from scratch mac & cheese. It's baking away now. Leftovers for the weekend!
