Related: About this forumWhat's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 7, 2017
Dining out tonight in the Portuguese section of the Ironbound of Newark, where there are many choices for seafood. The restaurant I have in mind has a grilled seafood platter piled high with lobster and shrimp Maybe we'll have stuffed clams, too. Pitcher of red sangria.
Flan for dessert.

(32,980 posts)2. I have commercially made Italian Sausage Tortellini
I'll top it with a few broiled grape tomatoes, pesto and Asiagio cheese. It's cold, do hot decaf tea tonight.

I braised a pound of pork loin I had in some beer, pulled it, and added chorizo and diced canned tomatoes. A chipotle in adobo, some cumin and chili powder. Tastes great

so no dinner as such, but I did make home made brownies (recipe upon request) and just ate a couple of pieces. Yum.
