6. Not a fan of coconut, but I do end up using coconut milk a lot (wife is lactose intolerant).

But I use dried red chiles and garlic in almost everything.

I also like to use coarse ground black pepper, especially on steamed broccoli.

A Guy from my old hometown, who comes from a certain food milieu taught me that the Holy Trinity of savory cooking is olive oil, garlic, and oregano. I have occasionally added to that but I have never willingly subtracted....Thanks Clowny.
