(51,608 posts)I made lightly breaded frog legs in browned butter and garlic and it is awful...tasteless. They were frozen and I had bought and cooked them before and they were tasty and but now I will not buy them AGAIN. I can get fresh ones as easily (my Asian market has both) but I can't stand to see them skin them while barely unconscious. I am OK with live crabs and lobsters but frogs are different somehow.
