What's for Dinner, Sat., Dec. 9, 2017

We are going to dinner at the house of friends. The RG and our hostess chef are both fantastic cooks. The RG has been cooking up a storm of things to take over. It is all seafood--shrimp, lobster, cod, seafood salads. Here are a few pics:

The hostess said she is serving pasta with truffles and mustard crusted pork tenderloin. Broccoli rabe and homemade pumpkin ice cream. Also meringue cookies.

I'm excited!

Shellfish here, my yummy scampi over fettucine. It's got lots of bread crumbs in it, so my husband perceives it as a crust, and accepts it as edible lol. It's so garlicky I practically have to disinfect afterwards.
