Lamb with tzatziki sauce in a wrap.

Couscous with vegetables

Shredded carrot-raisin salad

Mike's hard lemonade

Dessert: French vanilla pudding with blackberries, topped with toasted almonds. Hot chocolate with crushed peppermint and whipped cream

And I used a 1/2 recipe of a white cake recipe (I think her name is Nicole Hunn?) and just poured it over the pineapple and syrup. Best GF recipe yet. I rarely bake because of the amount of sugar needed in GF recipes, but hey! It's holiday time!

beets, carrots and a sweet potato and put them in the blender with a little ginger. pretty good soup.
