Sliced roast beef leftover from Christmas dinner on sub rolls
Cream of tomato basil soup

Using up some of the Christmas ham. Caesar salad and grapefruit. I never feel like I have time to prepare grapefruit at breakfast, so we often have it at dinner this time of year.

3. More of yesterday's turkey vegetable soup

I found some leftover green beans and added them, don't see how I missed them yesterday.

This is not the turkey rice soup I usually cook. This has potato cubes and big chunks of carrots.

I just came in from warming up TJ's car before she left for work. Sometimes it is a group effort. It is 24 with a wind chill of 16 out there. I'm going to have another bowl of that soup!

Spice tea and cinnamon roll to follow. Maybe even a nip of whiskey as well.
