Roasted vegetable sandwiches were so good last night that I'm having another: mozzarella, roasted yellow pepper, roasted tomato, eggplant, and chipotle pepper.

I'm having baked salmon marinated in balsamic dressing and a few accompaniments-- good stuff!

2. Salad and a Hamburger

The salad is a typical tossed salad: iceberg, carrot, radish, tomato, bell pepper, plus spinach with a ranch dressing.

The burger is plain with a dash of A1 steak sauce.

3. Baked lemon pepper fish fillets, corn bread, salad, and Sauvignon Blanc

with pork slivers, green pepper, fresh bamboo shoot, Hungarian peppers, scallion, home-made Sichuan MALA sauce...'

5. Plain fare with Hollandaise

My son gets very tired of salmon and broccoli but eats them willingly with Hollandaise, which fortunately is easy to make in the microwave. We had grapefruit too. We actually had a dessert tonight - cappuccino crinkles cookies.

6. sounds good. Leftover chicken quarters with more Korean BBQ sauce rice, salad and fruit.

I have a peanut butter cut for dessert.
