I'd start with rotisserie chicken from the supermarket and use milk instead of creme fraiche.

Have a whole chicken in the freezer, need to use it, perfect for a pot pie. I like mine Southern style, with a biscuit topping. Cut my biscuits small, they look so good on top. When I make it. will try to take a pic of it before it is eaten.
