What's for Dinner, Sun., Mar. 4, 2018

Chicken, roasted in two different types of sauces. One sauce was pimiento and white wine. The other was ginger, cilantro, garlic, and olive oil. A little crema Mexicana.

Vegetable salad with broccoli, carrot, zucchini, red onion. This had a dressing that was slightly creamy, but it was very light.

A salad with giant Tiger shrimp. They had been marinated in cilantro, olive oil, chile sauce and garlic. There was also thinly sliced red onion in it.

For dessert, tres leches cake and tea.

I had a bowl of mini shredded wheat with blueberries and banana and 2% milk.

Things are coming together here after a 40+ hour power outage. I had a terrible fast food chicken sandwich for brunch. The shredded wheat seems a welcome change.
