What's for Dinner, Mon., June 18, 2018

It is so hot here I am not cooking a thing. I have some cold pasta with shrimp and I'm not even warming it up.

For a salad, I already have washed greens, so I will just chop them up, add some dressing, and on the side, a little tuna salad.

Dessert will be cold, too: grapes, mango slices, and watermelon.

So, I cheated and I’m eating out (solo) at a raw seafood bar on the Upper East Side. It’s beautifully cool in here!

When I get back to the apartment, I’ll have to install the window air conditioners.

I didn't accomplish anything other than a long nap this afternoon.

I am having a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, a large slice of tomato and bread and butter pickles with a few chips on the side.

Watermelon cubes after.

If I'm still hungry, tea and an orange later.
