Tossed green salad with avocado, egg salad, crab salad, and shrimp.

Chicken croquettes with various sauces.

Dessert will be blueberries and vanilla ice cream.

With small cooked chilled shrimp on it
Iced decafe tea.

3. Jambalaya

Andouille sausage, chicken thigh meat,and shrimp.
Bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic
Canned tomatoes with chili peppers
Medium grain white rice.
Beef stock (that's all I had)

It is very good this time, but I made too much. As I scrolled down the recipe to note this, I saw I already had made notes on making less and different proportions. Oops. Notes on the top in the future.

FLFC had a great day and is even more active than yesterday. We worry he is overdoing it.

5. He did not want any Jambalaya.

He walked in the kitchen, sniffed for a second, turned around and walked out. He is a picky eater, but needs to check out anything we eat. That's why he is called the Four Legged Food Critic.
