Andouille sausage, chicken thigh meat, and shrimp.
Bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic
Canned tomatoes with chili peppers
Medium grain white rice.
Beef stock (that's all I had)

It is very good this time, but I made too much. As I scrolled down the recipe to note this, I saw I already had made notes on making less and different proportions. Oops. Notes on the top in the future.

FLFC had a great day and is even more active than yesterday. We worry he is overdoing it.

FLFC Dinner Menu
small bacon appetizer
The last of his pan fried thin cut steak.
His plate is clean and he is asking for more.
Four paws rating tonight for sure.

He walked in the kitchen, sniffed for a second, turned around and walked out. He is a picky eater, but needs to check out anything we eat. That's why he is called the Four Legged Food Critic.
