Chicken salad with tossed greens. Has toasted pine nuts over the top. Dressing is seasoned with cilantro, mayo, and sriracha. Elderberry kombucha tea.
Still hotter 'n Hades here. Glad I have to work in an air-conditioned classroom tonight.

Coleslaw
Oven Fries (too hot for that oven, but I lost that discussion)
FLFC is so funny. His nose is up in the air and quivering. He is constantly checking if they are done. His appetite is so stimulated he was eating the dry food he usually ignores.

(17,045 posts)It's too hot to cook. Just basic... iceberg, tomatoes and cucumbers with a light vinaigrette. I have some baby swiss cheese that I sliced up with some triscuits.
Cold ice tea and a slice of cold watermelon later.
