What's for Dinner, Sun., July 15, 2018

Small lamb chops with gravy or sauce over them.

Broccoli curry.

Zucchini, blanched and tossed with Emmenthaler cubes.

For dessert, blueberries with no-sugar ice cream (sweetened with stevia) and whipped cream.

My granddaughter says she is a vegetarian except for hot dogs.

Pulled pork that was slow roasted yesterday with tangy sweet red BBQ sauce,
with some slaw on a bun and a dash of Tabasco.

There is a cold pie in the refrigerator (banana or coconut or ??) that will receive my attention shortly.
Edit: It's lemon!


FLFC is having some of the pork with no sauce. He seems only slightly interested. Guess that is a one paw up..
