I don't know what we'll have for dinner, which will be later tonight, around 9:30, as I am working until then. However, we had a lunch made with fresh vegetables, as I worked in the garden and brought in all kinds of new items for the RG to fix.
--yellow and green zucchini, cut in little half-moons and served in herb sauce with made with coconut milk
--an omelette, filled with leeks (didn't grow those), cheese, herbs, fennel, and some other vegetables which I cannot remember. Tarragon seasoned.
--low-carb pumpkin seed flatbreads, on which I put olive oil butter and chokecherry jam (no sugar, just full of chokecherries)
It was an exciting garden morning for me, as I picked my first tomato, just starting to get red, and about six Cubanelle peppers. Four cucumbers. Basil, savory, thyme, chives, and tarragon.

FLFC is snoozing and I'll probably join him in eating a small burger when he arises.
