What's for Dinner, Wed., Aug. 22, 2018

I see highly seasoned chicken ready to go in the oven. Looks like mango salsa to go over it.

Broccoli slaw.

Ruby red Swiss chard, sauteed as a side dish.

Dessert: blueberry cake made with almond flour. It has lots of fresh blueberries plus walnuts in it. Whipped cream for the top.

To drink: cold decaf tea, peach.

We haven't had steak in ages, and my husband has an aversion to fat, so I thought sliced beef would be easier for him to take than strip steak. Biscuits, mushrooms, carrots.
