The RG is off for Italy, so it's just me and I'm going to make a pizza as it is one of my faves (not his). Broccoli rabe with caramelized mushrooms, garlic, and mozzarella, of course. A few cherry tomatoes, halved. Grated parmesan over the top.
Tossed green salad with asparagus, chopped.
For dessert, a tangerine and some toasted almonds with ginger-lemon tea. Fresh mint in it, too, from my garden!

(32,982 posts)I made a Harissa Chickpea curry. I over did the red pepper flakes & smoked paprika in the spice mix, so I'll make some jasmine rice to lessen the heat.
Decafe peach tea.

(4,608 posts)I have to use up the last of the chicken cooked in the crockpot several days ago. I'm a little chicken'd out and looking forward to having cod tomorrow night.

Happy Earth Day! Spent the day on the coast exploring. Headed home but stopping so I can be behind the prime time traffic going north.
From the bars happy hour menu...I am having Ceasar salad with bay shrimp and Buffalo style oyster sliders. Both are delish!
