...I like a Lemon Lime slush from Dairy Queen. Has to be lemon lime. It's way too sweet and sugary, but I like it because I only have it once or twice a year. More than that, and it would be wretched.

I, too, love lemon/lime combos, but am FUSSY about lemonade. Pure, homemade the only way to go!

plain yogurt, carrot juice, a square of 70% chocolate, couple of drops of vanilla and a tsp. of agave or a sugar free sweetener to taste. Seems my cousin used to have 'exchange' foods where she could have one thing if she gave up another. I'm not familiar with Ezekiel cereal. Let me know how that turns out.

suggested Ezekiel bread. (MADem, #14) No flour. Didn't see that at grocery, but did see the cereal, 'golden flax, flourless, sprouted whole grain cereal.' Kind of reminds me of grape nuts.

Square of 70% chocolate???

is heart-healthy and chock full of antioxidants. The chocolate values are on the packages. Lindt and Ghiradelli make it. I had a friend who used to just shave a few curls of baking chocolate (no sugar at all) into her smoothies before blending. You can make them out of anything, I just happen to like chocolate.
