Well, except for the muffin and ONE CUP of coffee.

And I want two eggs, three sausages (or bacon!!!) and home fries.

That's part of my problem with breakfast. Fruit and bran flakes is all I'm allowed to eat. What fun is that? I'd rather go hungry.

Enjoy your treats, MissMillie!

We shop only once per month, and tend to run out of fruit about half way through the month. (And we run out of $$ too, so it's not like we can just go purchase more.)

Eggs are really big in this house.

They're delicious, you can make many different dishes and they (usually) absorb the flavors of their accompaniments, similar to tofu. They're also very economical; a local fellow sells brown eggs for $2.00/dozen. And they stay fresh for a long time. But my cardiologist says, nope, they're not for me.

I do love fruit and I'm thankful our market has a great supply at very reasonable prices.

with some left of veggies from the night before and make an omelet.

If making for 2 people I use enough egg whites to = 3 eggs and one real egg mixed in. Use any veggie and skip the cheese.

before I scramble them. I don’t have high cholesterol and want it to stay that way. Really, you can’t tell the difference.

I'm not supposed to eat eggs. Every so often, however, I'll cheat and make an omelet or Eggs Benedict (really bad!).

I've never learned to make it, my guy won't eat it, and we don't have dining out money these days.

I miss sushi
