What's for Dinner, Thurs., June 6, 2019

Tossed green salad, a mixture of arugula, red leaf, and ruffly green leaf lettuce (from garden, of course!). I added chopped asparagus spears, lightly steamed, and also fresh green peas. Red onion and turkey bacon, which was crispy from being in a cast iron skillet.

Chicken tarragon salad on brioche roll. This is an appetizer and the rolls are miniature sized.

The main course is pasta with homemade tomato sauce. The RG used herbs from my garden to make it.

Dessert will be a square of chocolate, and then later on, tea with cranberry biscotti.
